Bed panel
1. Bed surface: Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates formed by molds, the overall punching bed surface has no welding seams at all four corners, and the steel plate thickness is ≥ 1.0mm. The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying, using the molding bed plate process and one-time molding process. The steel plate is filled with reinforcing ribs to increase strength and has breathable holes; Reinforcing ribs are welded around the bed board to increase its load-bearing capacity.
2. The connection between the backrest of the hospital bed and the leg board is made of 2.5 wall thick pipes, which evenly distribute the weight of the patient on the bed beam.
3. The bed board connection is made of steel hinges, stamped with molds, with a single piece thickness of 4mm. Wear resistant, noise free operation, anti breaking.

Bed frame processing:
1. The overall bed frame is made of high-quality cold-rolled profiles, ensuring that the entire bed body is sturdy, firm, and runs smoothly. Then, automated spraying equipment is used for spraying, with a uniform coating that has characteristics such as antibacterial, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and color fading resistance. After continuous salt spray testing for more than 90 hours, the bed panel has no cracks, rust, and is smooth without any changes.
2. Spray coating process: The entire metal surface treatment adopts eleven processes, including degreasing and oil removal, cleaning, acid pickling and rust removal, cleaning, neutralization treatment, surface treatment, phosphating treatment, cleaning, drying, electrostatic powder spraying, and high-temperature baking and solidification, which are fully automatic spray lines. The phosphating process material is zinc series, which avoids rusting on the inner wall of the material. The coating surface has strong adhesion, is flat and smooth, corrosion-resistant, and has a powder coating on the surface. After high-temperature spraying, it turns ivory white.
