Bed panel

1. Bed surface: Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates formed by molds, the overall punching bed surface has no welding seams at all four corners, and the steel plate thickness is ≥ 1.0mm. The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying, using the molding bed plate process and one-time molding process. The steel plate is filled with reinforcing ribs to increase strength and has breathable holes; Reinforcing ribs are welded around the bed board to increase its load-bearing capacity.

2. The connection between the backrest of the hospital bed and the leg board is made of 2.5 wall thick pipes, which evenly distribute the weight of the patient on the bed beam.

3. The bed board connection is made of steel hinges, stamped with molds, with a single piece thickness of 4mm. Wear resistant, noise free operation, anti breaking.

Main components of the bed:

1. The bed frame is made of 40mm x 60mm x 2.0mm high-quality carbon steel rectangular pipes;

2. The four corners of the bed are equipped with anti-collision wheels, and the corners are made of ABS engineering plastic for one-time injection molding. The corners can only be disassembled with special tools, and the appearance is beautiful. There are infusion stand sockets at the four corners of the bed, and infusion positions can be selected as needed.
