Product Description

1. The overall bed frame is made of high-quality cold-rolled profiles, laser cutting, and robot welding, ensuring that the entire bed body is sturdy, firm, and runs smoothly. Then, automated spraying equipment is used for spraying, with a uniform coating that has characteristics such as antibacterial, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and color fading resistance. After continuous salt spray testing for more than 90 hours, the bed panel has no cracks, rust, and is smooth without any changes.
2. Spray coating process: The entire metal surface treatment adopts eleven processes, including degreasing and oil removal, cleaning, acid pickling and rust removal, cleaning, neutralization treatment, surface treatment, phosphating treatment, cleaning, drying, electrostatic powder spraying, and high-temperature baking and solidification, which are fully automatic spray lines. The phosphating process material is zinc series, which avoids rusting on the inner wall of the material. The coating surface has strong adhesion, is flat and smooth, corrosion-resistant, and has a powder coating on the surface. After high-temperature spraying, it turns ivory white.

1. Bed surface: The bed frame is made of 20 * 30 * 1.2 flat tubes formed by mold bending to increase bearing capacity. The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying, and the bed surface is made of transparent and anti magnification plate, which can achieve the function of taking photos on the back.

2. The connection between the backrest of the hospital bed and the leg board is made of 2.0 wall thickness pipes, which evenly distribute the weight of the patient on the bed beam.

3. The bed board connection is made of steel hinges, stamped with molds, with a single piece thickness of 3mm. Wear resistant, noise free operation, anti breaking.

ABS damping guardrail (with electric control buttons attached and picture button instructions)

High strength ABS electric control guardrail, equipped with electric control buttons, controls the lifting function of various functions of the bed body, can be positioned vertically or horizontally, firm and reliable, natural color, equipped with gas springs to buffer the speed of guardrail lifting and lowering, extend the service life of the guardrail, and achieve up and down lifting function through the handle switch. The four piece split body type guardrail is made of ABS plastic steel material and integrated with injection molding. The back and leg guardrails can be raised and lowered separately, improving the safety and convenience of patients getting on and off the bed. The retractable guardrail design allows patients to have zero gap transportation function when transferring the bed, avoiding the risk of falling.
