Our Advantages

1.Bed surface: It is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate and formed by mold. The bed surface is punched as a whole. There are no welding seams at the four corners. The thickness of the steel plate is ≥1.0mm. The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying.

2.Guardrail: The high-strength ABS damping hidden guardrail can be positioned vertically and horizontally, which is strong and reliable. It is equipped with a gas spring to buffer the lifting and lowering speed of the guardrail, extending the service life of the guardrail. The up and down lifting function is realized through the handle switch.

3. Screw and connecting parts: The movable connecting parts of each part are made of 3.0mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, and the surface is treated with electrostatic spraying. The screw uses an extended nut with a dust-proof boot structure. The screw is a No. 45 rolling thread, fully enclosed and maintenance-free. Two-pole idling limit setting to prevent loss.

4. Manually realize back lifting, leg lifting and overall lifting. Overall lifting height: 320MM (the lowest bed surface is 470MM from the ground, the highest is 790MM), back lifting range: 75º±5°, foot lifting range: 35º±5°.
